TMA Launches New Tech Demos Spotlighting Latest Innovations at the 2025 Virtual 75th Anniversary Mid-Year Meeting, April 30-May 1

The Monitoring Association (TMA) will be introducing a brand-new feature launching at its 2025 Virtual 75th Anniversary Mid-Year Meeting on Technology Day, April 30: the Tech Demo Showcase. This new addition will spotlight 15-minute product demonstrations from five innovative companies, offering attendees an up-close look at technologies, reshaping monitoring and security industries. A live Q&A session will follow each presentation. The 2025 Virtual 75th Anniversary Mid-Year Meeting is set to take place April 30th-May 1st.

Featured demos include:

Orion Intelligence
Orion Intelligence will demonstrate its advanced voicebot solution for alarm monitoring centers, showcasing how it autonomously manages outbound and inbound alarm scenarios such as low-priority, technical, false, and overdue alarms. Integrated with MASterMind, the bot logs all interactions, navigates IVRs, leaves voicemails, and executes on inbound requests.

“This demo offers a first-hand look at how voice AI is transforming alarm monitoring—reducing costs and operator load while enhancing response speed and consistency,” says Alexander Gurdebeke, sales team lead, Orion Intelligence, BV, highlighting the real-world benefits of adopting voice AI technology.

PureTech Systems
PureTech Systems will present PurifAI, a patented, AI-powered SaaS solution that filters out nuisance video alarms. It reduces false alerts by up to 99% without requiring new hardware. Designed for both self- and central monitoring applications, PurifAI boosts operational efficiency and sharpens team focus.

“PurifAI turns noise into clarity—cutting through up to 99% of nuisance alarms so your team can focus on what really matters: real threats, faster responses, and smarter security,” says Larry Bowe, president and CEO, PureTech Systems, Inc., emphasizing the product’s transformational impact.

Calipsa
Calipsa will showcase its Cloud AI advanced analytics platform, demonstrating how its false alarm filtering, scene change, and idle camera detection, advanced analytics, and AI-powered forensic analysis can enhance security operations.

“Learn how Calipsa offers a solution to enhance your existing cameras with powerful video analytics software, transforming video data into actionable business intelligence,” says Andrew Gyimesi, business development manager, Motorola Solutions, illustrating how Calipsa elevates the value of existing infrastructure.

Replicant
Replicant will demonstrate the flexibility of its Conversational AI, built explicitly for central station and security call center operations. Designed to manage complex call flows like dealer authentication, customer account management, and more, Replicant’s Voice AI adapts in real time to deliver fast, natural conversations.

“This demo offers a real-world look at how Voice AI is transforming central station operations—boosting efficiency while enhancing customer experience,” says Marcus Anderson, enterprise account executive, Replicant, encouraging attendees to explore scalable solutions for call handling modernization.

3dEYE, Inc.
3dEYE, Inc. will present its pure cloud video AI monitoring platform, demonstrating how technicians can add ONVIF cameras in minutes, activate cloud-based analytics with just a few clicks, and filter critical events without the need for onsite hardware.

“Our goal with this demonstration is to show how a cloud platform with layered analytics—all managed through a single pane of glass—can make live video monitoring more efficient and focused, helping operators respond to what truly matters,” says Paul Evangeliou, technical account manager, 3dEYE, Inc. summarizing the platform’s powerful impact on operational efficiency.
